Requirements for this position include:

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Basic knowledge of audio, video, lighting, or live event production is preferred.

• Previous production or event experience is a plus but not required.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to safely lift and move production equipment.

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
